Beef Short Ribs

Instant Pot

key ingredients:

beef broth  bone-in English-style beef short ribs  • honey • soy sauce

Whisk together the beef broth, vinegar, soy sauce, honey, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.


Place the ribs and marinade in the Instant Pot.


Lock, seal the lid and cook at high pressure for 45 minutes.


Optional but recommended: Add cornstarch and water to thicken the sauce.


Drizzle some of the sauce over the ribs and garnish with chopped parsley.


To freeze: Mix up the marinade in a bowl. Place the ribs and marinade in either a gallon-sized freezer bags. Seal tightly and freeze.
