Pan Seared Porkchops


key ingredients:

whole wheat flour  garlic salt  ground black pepper pork chops

Mix together flour, salt, garlic salt, and pepper.


Season each side of the pork chops with the rub.


Place pork chops in the pan and sear each side.


Let pork chops rest for 5-10 minutes before serving with your choice of side dish!


To freeze: Follow Steps 1 and 2. Place them in a single layer in a gallon-sized freezer bag or container. Seal tightly and freeze flat.
