Steak Fajitas


key ingredients:

Avocado Oil Lime Steak Cheddar Cheese Sugar Tortillas Seasonings

Slice your steak thinly. Then, add all the marinade ingredients to a gallon-sized storage bag. Add the steak to the marinade, seal, and toss. Marinate for up to 24 hours.


Heat oil over medium high heat. Add the peppers and onions and saute until softened.


Saute the steak in two batches until brown on all sides, about 3 minutes per batch.


Squeeze half a lime over all the meat and veggies. Serve the meat and veggies on the tortillas with lime wedges and your favorite Tex-Mex toppings.
