Shrimp Scampi Pasta

Pasta  Shrimp White Wine Lemon Juice Italian Seasoning Parmesan Cheese Parsley

Cook the pasta in lightly salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.


Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.


In a large skillet, heat a combination of butter and oil. Add in garlic, shrimp, salt and red pepper flakes and stir continuously until shrimp turns pink.


Pour in white wine, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, until the sauce reduces slightly.


Add the shrimp (and any juices from the plate) and cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
