key ingredients:

Chicken Breast Olive Oil Salt & Pepper Chilli Powder Cumin Oregano

Add the oil, vinegar, cilantro/parsley, chili powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, pepper and chicken to a freezer bag. Make sure chicken is fully covered with the marinade.


Place the bag in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and up to 24 hours.


Preheat grill and pound out the chicken to about 3/4 inch thick to help with fast and even cooking. Grill for 4-6 minutes per side, closing the lid in between flipping.


Chicken is done when it reaches 165°F internal temperature.
