Cut out biscuits using a 3-inch biscuit cutter or upside-down glass. Lay the biscuits on a sheet pan, making sure they don’t touch and bake for 10-12 minutes; until golden brown.
Make and roll out the biscuits, but do not bake. Dust the biscuits with a little more flour, place on a sheet pan and flash freeze for about 2 hours until frozen solid.
