Monday: Pulled Pork with a Mexican Flair. Double this to make a freezer meal. Use leftovers for lunches all week long. Great with our Avocado Lime Salsa!

Tuesday: Tomato Bisque. Pair this with some grilled cheese sandwiches, and you will have a happy family.

Wednesday: It's fall and I feel the need to grill. Grilled Sirloin Steak Kebabs are a must!

Thursday: Freezer-friendly Spinach and Bacon Quiche. Great for breakfast or dinner. Double this one and freeze one for later!

Friday: Pizza night! Every Friday we do pizza (try our Whole Wheat Pizza Dough from our cookbook) and movie night in my house. I like to make a salad on the side. This week, I'll be making our Chopped Bacon and Brussels Salad.

Saturday: Polly's Signature Taco Soup. This cookbook recipe is a fave. Great recipe for groups of people too.

Sunday: Pulling some Chicken Parmesan Casserole out of the freezer for this meal. Serve over whole grain pasta or zoodles. Here are 80+ freezer meals that work for 1-2 people, if you only cook for a few.
