I don’t have an Instant Pot, so what else can be used instead? And we don’t eat pork! What substitute can I use instead?

I just added in a link to our slow cooker chicken and cheese taquitos in the menu plan, so hopefully that helps. Some ideas instead of the pork: You could substitute in ground beef taco meat using our Homemade Taco Seasoning or make our Slow Cooker BBQ Beef Sandwiches. I hope that helps!
