Raise your hand if you’ve had a snow day yet. We’ve only been back in school a few days and our crew is already holding out hope for an out of school snow day. Please tell me we are not alone. Snow days are so much fun, but it sure is nice to have a recipe (or three) of Tomato Bisque or Tortilla Soup in the freezer ready to go for these days. That way you can play in the snow and sip Homemade Hot Chocolate just a little bit longer.

Thank you for all your work! I recently found your cookbook when I was expecting my third child this fall. I googled “freezer cooking” and luckily found it! I checked it out from the library first and then asked for it for Christmas :). It has made cooking for our family post-baby so much easier and fun! I usually double the recipes and then have a second meal for later! Thank you!!
