Weekly Menu Plan + Top 5 “Stock Up and Save” (4.20.18)

Around here, we are knee deep into creating, planning, and testing recipes for our second cookbook all about freezer cooking. If you are new around here, we really love freezer cooking. In fact, we love it so much, we published a cookbook called From Freezer to Table.

As we are working on our new cookbook, we are discovering all kinds of new things about our slow cookers and Instant Pots. One of the things we’ve learned is how to keep chicken from being dry in the slow cooker. Who knew it could be so revolutionary?!?

Speaking of slow cookers…did you know each week we feature a Slow Cooker Sunday? This week you will see where Marinara Sauce, a slow cooker, and freezer cooking combine…and it’s glorious.
