Avocadoes, $.68/each
Stock Up and Save: Peel, pit, chop or mash, add lemon juice, and freeze for up to three months. (Read more about Freezing Avocadoes in this post.)
Raspberry oranges, $1.88/lb.
Stock Up and Save: Store whole unwashed oranges in the crisper drawer in the refrigerator for 2-4 weeks. Freeze orange segments by peeling and placing them on a baking sheet. Transfer to freezer-safe container for up to 3 months.
