Balsamic Shedded Beef


key ingredients:

boneless roast beef  balsamic vinegar soy sauce honey

Put roast beef into slow cooker and season with  salt and pepper on all sides.


Mix together all remaining ingredients and pour over roast beef. Slow cook on low for 8-10 hours.


Serve meat warm on top of mashed potatoes or polenta and enjoy!


To freeze: Place all ingredients together in a freezer friendly plastic bag and freeze.
