key ingredients:

Mushrooms Cauliflower Broccoli Spinach Green Peas Lentils Black Beans Chicken/Vegetable    Broth

Saute the onions, carrots, and celery until tender. Add in the garlic. Season with salt and pepper.


Stir in the chicken or vegetable broth, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, black beans, lentils, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil.


Stir in the zucchini, mushrooms, cauliflower, broccoli, spinach and peas.


To make it a freezer meal:

Follow steps 1-5. Let the soup cool completely. Divide soup into gallon-sized freezer bags or containers.
