Cheddar Chive Egg Bites

key ingredients:

Eggs Milk Bacon Shredded Cheddar    Cheese Chives, minced

Whisk together eggs, milk, chives, salt, and pepper.


Pour or ladle the egg mixture into the mini muffin pan.


Evenly distribute cooked bacon bits over the top of each one.


Sprinkle cheese over the top of each one.


Bake the egg bites until set, then let them cool in the pan.

Let the egg bites cool completely before freezing. Package them in a single layer in a freezer bag, or  freeze them in an air-tight container, dividing layers with parchment paper.
