Chicken Tortellini Soup


key ingredients:

Avocado Oil Boneless Chicken Cheese Tortellini Diced Carrots Diced Celery Diced Onion Chicken Broth

In a large stock pot, add the carrots, celery, and onion and cook until they begin to soften.


Stir in the broth, water, Italian seasoning, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, and the chicken.


Once the chicken is fully cooked, remove it and shred it.


Bring the soup to a boil  and stir in the tortellini. Cook the tortellini according to package directions.


To make it a freezer meal:

Follow step 1. Let the veggies cool, then transfer to a freezer bag or round container. Add the chicken, broth, water, and seasonings. Seal and freeze.
