Chocolate Banana Muffins

key ingredients:

Whole Wheat Flour Sweet Potato or   Pumpkin Ripe Bananas Eggs Coconut Oil Honey • Cinnamon

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, ground flax, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.


In a separate bowl, stir together the mashed bananas, pumpkin or sweet potato puree, yogurt, eggs, vanilla, honey, and oil.


Pour batter into greased muffin tins or silicone liners and bake for 15- 18 minutes.


To Freeze:

Bake muffins as stated in directions. Flash freeze the muffins long enough to harden them up. Transfer them to freezer safe bag or container.
