russet potatoes avocado oil salt and pepper sugar

Soak the cut potatoes in a bowl of water for 30 minutes or more. Then, drain and rinse them.

Dry the potatoes really well using a dish towel or paper towels.

Season with our secret ingredient! Be sure to season these fries well before they go in the oven and after.

Make sure the potato wedges don’t touch or over lap so they can get nice and crispy on both sides. Be sure to flip them halfway through the cook time.
