Powerball Cookies


key ingredients:

Peanut Butter Honey Old Fashioned Oats Flaxseed Dark Chocolate    Chips Chopped nuts or    Dried Fruit

Round up all of the ingredients you want to use and add them all into a big bowl and stir.


Then, wet your hands slightly, and roll into 1 to 1 1/2 inch sized balls.


Place in a storage container or freezer bag in a single layer.


Enjoy or store in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for 3-6 months.


To Freeze:

Using wet hands or an ice cream scoop, form small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Transfer them to an airtight freezer container.
