key ingredients:

pumpkin puree seasonings beans & veggies broth

Saute the onions and carrots. Add in garlic, tomato paste, and red pepper flakes.

Add in remaining ingredients.

Bring to a boil, stirring almost constantly. Simmer about 20 minutes.
