Spinach and Bacon Quiche

pie crust  bacon  spinach swiss cheese

Put your pie crust in a baking dish and add cooked bacon.

Add the spinach.

Top it with cheese and egg mixture (eggs and heavy cream).

Cover loosely with foil to avoid the top from burning and bake.

To freeze: Assemble the quiche but don’t bake. Cover the casserole dish tightly with foil and a few layers of plastic wrap and freeze.
