Homemade Caesar Dressing

Whip up this creamy Homemade Caesar dressing in minutes! No raw eggs, no anchovies. Just simple, recognizable ingredients that taste like the real deal.

Ingredients
 

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise (We use avocado mayo; sub: plain Greek yogurt)
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 medium lemon (juiced and zested; about 3 tablespoons juice + 1 teaspoon zest per batch)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  1. In a large serving bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, pepper, Worcestershire, and lemon zest until combined.
  2. Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to use. Mine kept well in the fridge for up to 7 days.

Notes/Tips

  • This recipe makes 1 1/2 cups of dressing per batch.
