Chocolate Covered Oreos

Ingredients

  • 15 Oreos
  • 8 ounces white chocolate
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Using either a double boiler or microwave, melt your chocolate. Be careful not to burn it!
  2. Dip the Oreo into the chocolate.
  3. Move dipped Oreo to parchment lined drying rack.
  4. While chocolate is still warm, add desired amount of sprinkles
  5. Move to refrigerator to cool for 5-10 minutes

Freezer Instructions

Keep them in an airtight container and freeze them for up to 3 months. Place them in the refrigerator for a few hours when you want to thaw them.


Notes/Tips

This is a great last-minute recipe to make as a gift any time of year. Just change the sprinkle colors and/or the packaging to fit the occasion!
