Clementine Pumpkins

Clementine pumpkins are a cute and healthy Halloween treat!

Ingredients
 

  • Clementines
  • Green bell peppers (thinly sliced and cut into 1/2-1 inch pieces.)

Instructions
 

  1. Peel the clementines.
  2. Insert a small slice of green bell pepper into the top of the "pumpkin" to represent the stem. That's it!

Notes/Tips

  • Be sure to try our other popular Halloween Snacks and Halloween Crafts.
  • Peeled clementines tend to start drying out after an hour or so. If you can't immediately eat them, place them in an airtight container.
