Ingredients

  • Clementines
  • Green bell peppers thinly sliced and cut into 1/2-1 inch pieces.

Instructions

  • Peel the clementines.
  • Insert a small slice of green bell pepper into the top of the "pumpkin" to represent the stem. That's it!

Notes

  • Peeled clementines tend to start drying out after an hour or so. If you can't immediately eat them, place them in an airtight container.
