We absolutely believe good food can bring families together and help us feel our best. But, who has time to prepare a “from scratch” meal every night!? That’s where our easy, real food recipes and freezer cooking expertise come in!

For the past 10 years, we've developed and published freezer-friendly recipes on our site with over 5 million page views a year. We've also published two popular freezer meal cookbooks, From Freezer to Table and From Freezer to Cooker. Most importantly, we're both moms of three kids each who have to get dinner on the table every night for the people we love.

In our years of experience, we've learned how to use our time efficiently in the kitchen and churn out delicious freezer meals that taste like fresh meals. We love helping others do the same!

ABOUT THE RECIPES IN OUR BOOKS

EVERY RECIPE MUST BE:

  • Made mostly from whole food, real ingredients. It’s impossible to find that in the freezer aisle!
  • Simple, approachable, and doable for the average cook. No complex instructions or ingredients.
  • Can be made fresh or frozen for later. Directions for both methods are included in every recipe.
  • Delicious! We only put recipes in our prep sessions that we personally love and that have been through rigorous taste testing (i.e. picky kids and husbands).
