Hi, and welcome to Thriving Home!

Our names are Rachel Tiemeyer (left) and Polly Conner (right). Each month, thousands of women visit us to find recipes and resources to equip young moms to thrive at home. 

We are also published authors. Our first cookbook called From Freezer to Table (Rodale) hit all major bookstores in Fall 2017. Our second book called From Freezer to Cooker (Penguin Random House) will release in January 2020.

After 8 years of producing content, one of main goals is to remain authentic and approachable. When we work with brands who share that value, it becomes very natural for us to use our platform to increase brand exposure, interest, and loyalty in a way that feels like a recommendation from a good friend.
