Leta says
If I make this mix in bulk, how do I know how much mix to use for one pan of brownies?
Carla from Thriving Home says
Hi Leta! We suggest keeping each individual portion in a separate storage bag or mason jar. We have only tested using one full batch of brownie mix in our recipes. The dry ingredients might not mix well enough so if you scoop out a portion, it could result in the wrong proportions for a batch.
