Our daughter left a bag of your sweet ground cocoa at our house after Christmas. We decided to make Hot Cocoa today. However, your recipe for 3 ingredients says use unsweetened cocoa. If the cocoa is sweetened, how much sugar ( or none) do we use?

Do you guys know anything about CSA’s and supporting local farmers? I’m curious as to if it’s worth it, how much it costs and if there’s a lot of produce waste at the end of the week.

Jake, I have been meaning to talk to you about this forever. Sorry! I haven’t done a CSA before b/c my mom is a big gardener and gives me lots of produce. SEveral of my friends have gone halvies or even split a spot into thirds. This might be the way to go the first time you do it. I think it can be somewhat economical if you use it all.
