Why You’ll Love this Recipe
- The flavor! It’s rich, buttery, and so moist.
- Very simple ingredients. You likely have them in your pantry.
- They are a fun twist on Brownies. Mix it up for a potluck.

Polly’s Testing Tips
- It is important to use a metal baking dish like this one. If you must use glass or ceramic, drop the baking temperature by about 15°F and increase the baking time by 5-10 minutes.
- If you want the chocolate chips to show, sprinkle some on top of the batter before baking. Otherwise they hide underneath.
- If you want a more firm center, cook 30-32 minutes. Keep in mind every oven is a little different!

These are so yummy! Easy to make and I was able to double the batch for a school bake sale. They turned out great, I usually don’t like this type of brownie, but the photo looked so good and I’m glad that I tried them out. I will be making them again!
