In our first printing of From Freezer to Table, we have found a few misprints that will be corrected in a second edition. We are so sorry that we didn’t catch these the first time around! Please make these notes below in your book.
Slow Cooker Sweet and Spicy Chicken (p. 206)
- Use 2 teaspoons dried minced onion. NOT 2 tablespoons.
- Use 2 teaspoons sea salt. NOT 2 tablespoons.
Pink Pasta with Sausage (p. 153)
- Use 1 (15 ounces) can tomato sauce. NOT 1 (18 ounce) can.
- Use 1 pound of pasta. NOT 2 pounds.
Hearty Vegetable Lentil Soup (p. 178)
- In the ingredient list, it says that 1 large onion is about 3 cups diced onions. Actually, one large onion is equivalent 1-1/2 cups of diced onions.
Turkey Pesto Paninis (p. 129)
- 1/4 cup jarred (NOT dry-packed) sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
