Light, bright, and slightly creamy, this complex-tasting Citrus Salad Dressing pairs perfectly with almost any spinach salad or leafy green salad. We especially love it atop our Mandarin Orange Salad.
Ingredients
You really can’t beat the simplicity or combo of these ingredients. Fresh orange and lemon juice is a must! The dijon mustard acts as a binder that makes this dressing almost creamy-like.
How to Make Citrus Salad Dressing
Pour all dressing ingredients in a mason jar, close lid tightly, and shake until combined (or whisk everything together in a bowl). Refrigerate for up to two weeks.
