Honey wheat bread (made in the bread machine) will become a staple in your house. With just the right amount of sweetness in every bite, you’ll make this bread time and time again!
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon dry milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 cups white bread flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
- Place all ingredients into machine according to manufacturer’s instructions. (This recipe is for a medium sized loaf.)
Freezer Meal Instructions:
Bake bread according to the bread machine manual. Let cool completely. Slice bread or dice it and place in a freezer safe bag or container. Freeze up to 3 months.
Remove slices of baked bread and warm in microwave or put in toaster.
