Easter Menu Plan Step 1: Make a Spring Salad

Our Strawberry Fields Salad with a Lemon Vinaigrette is a perfect choice for a holiday meal. It’s packed with spring flavors and is topped with a sweet lemony dressing that even the pickiest eater won’t turn away. It’s vibrant colors make a table look so pretty!

Easter Menu Plan Step 2: Make a Side Dish

Our make-ahead Easy Hash Brown Casserole comes together quickly and is creamy, comforting, and always a crowd pleaser. It is an absolute must-have side dish for a meal like this. As an added bonus, you can assemble this casserole ahead of time and refrigerate it until you’re ready to bake it.

Easter Menu Plan Step 3: Serve the Best Pre-Cooked Ham as the Main Course

An Easter meal isn’t complete without a crowd-pleaser ham. It’s hard to beat the flavors going on in Burgers’ Smokehouse’s most popular seller, the Spiral Sliced City Ham. It’s brine-cured and then aged and slow smoked over real hickory wood. Since it’s already pre-cooked when you buy it, all you have to do is warm it up (and use the provided Honey Glaze, if you want).

This ham feeds an army and our families couldn’t stop ooohing and ahhhing over it. I’ve never had better. Really. Order Burgers’ ham online to have it delivered to your door or grab one at Hy-Vee.

Easter Menu Plan Step 4: Serve Dessert Wine with a Simple Dessert

A fun way to make your meal feel extra special is to provide a wine like the limited-time Cherry Moscato from St. James Winery. This premium blend of real cherry wine and Moscato wine is naturally sweet and free of added colors and flavors.

We personally really enjoyed this Cherry Moscato wine!! It’s sure to be a real crowd pleaser. You can serve it with the Easter meal or with a dessert from the bakery, like Lemon Cheesecake or Mini Gourmet Cupcakes, or try making our Delicious Lemon Bars.
